Jeanne-D’Arc daughter of the late Siméon Bois and Joséphine (Cloutier) passed away peacefully in her 86th year at the Health Sciences North on Saturday, June 30th, 2012. Predeceased by her brothers Siméon, Victorin and Jean-Paul. Loving sister to Victorine Leduc (late Jean-Paul), Robert (Mary June “Billie”) and Lucille Kingsley (Gerry). Sadly missed by her godchildren Claudette Crépeault and Pierre Bois, as well as many nieces and nephews. After working at Helpert’s Supply for many years, she became primary caregiver to her mother until her passing in 1982. Many thanks to the staff at Finlandia Village Independent Living who took great care of Jeanne-D’Arc. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Wednesday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at 11 a.m. in Notre-Dame de la Merci Church, Coniston. In lieu of flowers, donations (by cheque only) to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario (Sudbury chapter) would be greatly appreciated.
