web_bauer rogerBorn July 19, 1939, Manly Winstone Roger Bauer, went to be with his Lord on February 9, 2015. Treasuring 53 years together, he is survived by his beloved wife, Carol (nee Happy). Predeceased by his loving mother Ethel Bauer. Survived by his dear brother Ron and wife Marg Bauer. This precious and devoted father is fondly remembered by his children and spouses; Lisa and David Turner, Lori and Richard Wright, Chris and Carrie Bauer, David and Branka Bauer. Devoted Grandpa to 19 grandchildren and spouses; Elizabeth and Gerian Sloetjes, Matthew and Rebecca Turner, Philip and Andrea Turner, Joel and Kaila Turner, Daniel and Valerie Wright, Peter and Tonette Wright, Andrew Wright, Jonathan Wright and Hayley Max-Lino, David Wright, Hannah Bauer, Grace Bauer, Abigail Bauer, Jonathan Bauer, Tiffany Bauer, Timothy Bauer, Christopher Bauer, Jessica Bauer, Stephanie Bauer, and Nikola Ognjenovic. The delight of his life were his 10 great-grandchildren; Christian, Nathan, Mateo, Samuel, Margo, Thelma, Phinehas Bo, Alaina, Evangeline, and Gabriel. Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends at Oakwood Bible Chapel. If you so desire, memorial donations in lieu of flowers, may be made to Guelph Bible Conference Centre where he was fondly remembered as the Balloon Man. Visitation Friday from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. On Saturday, family and friends are invited to meet after 10 a.m. at Oakwood Bible Chapel, 2514 Cabana Road West followed by Service at 11 a.m. Private family procession to Greenlawn Memorial Gardens for entombment.
