>> Christopher Dawber was born in an air raid in London, U.K., and came to Canada with his now late parents, Geoffrey and Edith, in 1952.  As an accountant for Nortel/Norcom CDT/Belden, he received many suggestion awards because of his ‘outside-the-box’ way of looking at problems.  After retirement, his creativity similarly helped many individuals with tax issues.  His finest creative expression came in painting which he enjoyed all his life and which produced many beautiful pieces.  He is survived by his wife, Diane, sons Michael (Alex) and Matthew (Leela,) grandsons Edison and Alexander, mother-in-law Madge, sisters-in-law Barbara (Vaughan) and Nan (Gaston,) nieces, nephews, their spouses and children as well as many friends.  There will be a celebration of his life, at home, on Saturday, Nov. 17, from 1 until 4 pm. Peacefully on Sunday September 23, 2012 at the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital, Napanee following a lengthy illness. Hugh Wemp at the age of 86 beloved husband and best friend of 60 years to Doris (nee: Hough). Son of the late Edward Wemp and Sarah (nee: Glenn). Dearly loved father of Delores Hunter (Bob) of Napanee. Cherished “Pop” to Derek of Toronto and Melissa (Eric) of Kingston. Survived by his sisters, Christena Filson (Melville, deceased); Grace Bailey (Eric, deceased); Nina Churchill (Bill) and brother in aw Frank Bailey and sister in law June Cooke. Pre-deceased by his sister Margie Bailey and his brother Ben. Fondly remembered by all his nieces, nephews, cousins and all his friends in the horse world. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2-4 & &-9 p.m. at the P.G. Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main St., Odessa. The funeral service will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.   Interment Glenwood Cemetery, Amherst Island.. As expressions of sympathy the family would appreciate donations to The Heart & Stroke Foundation or The Kidney Foundation or The Lennox & Addington County General Hospital Foundation. Paul G. KUEHN: Rosemarie formerly of Yarker

Suddenly, on Septemebr 22, 2012 at the Kingston General Hospital, Rosemarie Meyering beloved wife of the late Eberhard Kuehn.  Loving mother of Thomas & his wife Tammy of Yarker, Ted of Kingston.  Dearest Oma to Tyler & Anthony.  Survived by one sister Irmgard Leroux of Newburgh.  Pre-deceased by Herman, Veronica, August & Willy.  Fondly remembered by her nieces & nephews.  The family will receive friends at the Paul G. Payne Funeral Home, Main St. Odessa 613-386-7373 on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm.  Funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11am from Riverside United Church, Yarker with Rev. Elaine Kellogg officiating.  Interment following Riverside Cemetery yarker.  Donations to the Alzheimers Society woulkd be appreciated.

LARKIN: GERALD FRANCIS of Kingston and formerly of Russell, On

Larkin:  Gerald Francis

Passed away peacefully on August 29, 2012 at the Kingston General Hospital in his 74th year due to cancer.  Born in Russell, On., Gerald was the beloved son of the late Bernard & Mae(Cousineau) Larkin and brother of the late Patrick Ewen & Michael Larkin.  He is survived by his sisters Florence O’Ray(Ken) of Kingston and Winnifred Koen of Lyn, On.  He is also survived by sisters-in-law Edith Larkin of Westbrook & Joan Larkin of Enterprise and many nieces and nephews.  At the request of the family there will be no public visitation.  Family and caregivers will gather on Saturday, Sept 8, 2012 from 10-11am in the Paul G. Payne Funeral Home, Main St., Odessa 613-386-7373 after which Liturgy of the Word will take place with Deacon Mike Winn officiating.  Interment to follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Railton.  Special thanks to Gerald’s wonderful caregivers at the Ongwanada McKeown Group Home.  Thanks also to staff of Davies 5 at Kingston General Hospital.  For those desiring memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Universities Hospital Kingston Foundation (U.H.K.F.) in Gerald’s memory.
