Born in Chatham, son of the late Malcolm & Alice (Burton) Crow. Beloved husband of Joyce Edith (Jenkins) Crow. Dear father of Brenda (Bob) Pearson, London; Cheryl (Dennis) Atkinson, Thamesville; Susan (the late Dess-2013) McCready, Thamesford; and Mike (Darlene) Crow, Thamesville. Grandfather of Craig Pearson; the late Scotty Pearson (1987); Jeff Atkinson; Jennifer (Greg) Devries; Jared (Christa) Atkinson; Kaitlyn Fairley (Andrew); Matt Fairley; Jessica Crow; Mike (Jr.)(Lindsay) Crow; Candace Crow; and Brandon Crow. Great Grandfather of Megan Devries; Eric Devries; and Jaymin Atkinson.

Brother of Kathleen (Ginger) & Jack Leslie, Chatham; Linda Caryn, Chatham; and the late Garnet, Hazel, June, Kenneth, Ruth, Robert, Shirley, Edward, Patricia and Donna. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Bill was a general contractor in a family business and a farmer. Born in Merlin, Helen was the daughter of the late Leslie and Ruth (Simpson) Near. Beloved wife of the late Fred Gilbert (2003). Loving mother of Brent Gilbert (Adrienne) of Palmerston. Proud grandmother of Kristen, Michelle (Anthony) and Ashley. Great-grandmother of Noah. Predeceased by her sister Norma Ingram (2003). Born in London England, daughter of the late George & Catherine (Rockett) Toller. Beloved mother of Saundra Elizabeth (the late Bernard, 2013), Chatham; Catherine Theresa Reedy, Sarnia; Angela Frances (Bill) Mercer, Chatham; and Cheryl Ann (Fred) White, Chatham. DILLIOTT: Archie – Archie Joseph Dilliott passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance in his 87th year. Archie was born on October 17th, 1927 to Joseph and Muriel (Drew) Dilliott. Beloved husband of Lorraine of 61 years and survived by his sons Kevin (Cathy), Mark (Bing), Glenn (Jane) and grandchildren David, Nicole, Meghan and Rebecca. Predeceased by sons Andrew and Duane. Brother of Jack (Bev), Bernard (Roelie) and sister-in-law Peggy. Predeceased by brothers Paul and Louis. In the past Archie served as a member on various boards and organizations within the community. The school boards, the arena, the curling rink and the swimming pool are a few of the boards he took great pleasure in devoting his time to. Archie’s passion for curling lead him to many bonspiels and memorable moments which he cherished throughout his life. Horse racing was also a sport Archie thoroughly enjoyed however farming is what he cherished above all. Clarke, L0001 (WinCE)Clarke; Larry R., a resident of Chatham, Larry Raymond Clarke passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Tuesday April 22, 2014 at the age of 73, after a strong battle with cancer. Larry was born in Timmins, son of the late Albert & Maude (Roy) Clarke. Beloved husband of Dianne (Simmons) Clarke for 48 years. Loving father of Todd & Lee (Govette) Clarke; Darren & Tara (Morrison) Clarke. Proud and cherished “Poppa” of his 4 beautiful grandchildren Madison, Jordyn, Matthew and Makayla. Predeceased by brother Don & sister Florence. Survived by brothers Roland and Albert and sisters Lucille Brazeau and Mona & Reg Brazeau. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews. After his retirement from Larry Clarke’s Home Repairs & Renovations, Larry enjoyed travelling that included many fishing trips with Dianne to Britt and Como Lake in Northern Ontario. Larry will be remembered for his never-ending support he offered to his family and friends through his many talents, his wonderful sense of humour, and his big heart. Rest in peace Poppa you will forever remain in our hearts. Eleanor Forsyth died Sunday April 20, 2014 surrounded by her family at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus at the age of 88. Born in Chatham, daughter of  the late Edgar B. & Margaret (Chinnick) Harris. Beloved wife of the late W. David Forsyth (1994). Dear mother of Beryl (Warren) Seton, Chatham; Dianne (Max) deBruyn, Chatham; Joanne (Blaine) Harvey, Tupperville; and Barbara (Randy) Jackson, Thamesville. Grandmother of Jonathan & Matthew Seton; Laura & Marc deBruyn; Derek & Colin Harvey; Kayla & Shawnie Jackson.. Great Grandmother of  Brynn Harvey. Sister of the late Helen Sloan(2012), Murray Harris(1997) and Clayton Harris(1995).  Sister-in-law of Jack & Marion Forsyth and Kathryn (the late Grant) Forsyth. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Eleanor worked tirelessly on the farm alongside her husband David and continued the legacy with love. She loved to quilt and was a volunteer at the CKHA Cancer Clinic for over 15 years. Eleanor was an avid supporter of all her children and grandchildren in their many activities and provided them with an endless supply of muffins. MITROVIC: Lucy – A resident of Chatham, Lucy Mitrovic passed away at Meadow Park Nursing Home on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the age of 73. Born in Chatham, Lucy was the daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Lekavy) Mitrovic. Stepdaughter of the late Victor Horvath. Stepsister to Margaret Furtah of Wallaceburg and the late Camy and Leo McMullen. Dear aunt to Angela, Kristen, Danny, Jay(Sharon), Richard (Michelle) and Rodney. Cousin to Edward (Linda) Trinacty of Chatham, Pat (David) McNeil of Owen Sound, Charlie (Linda) Lekavy of Chatham, Jim Lekavy of Chatham, Janice Lekavy of Chatham and Jay Lekavy of Oshawa. Much loved friend to James Hewitt, Vera Dickson and Larry Claeys, all of Chatham. Lucy retired from Union Gas after over 37 years of service. She loved dogs and cats and will be greatly missed by her four legged feline companion Oliver. KNIGHTS: Eileen (nee Johnston)– A lifelong resident of Blenheim and Mull, Eileen Knights passed away peacefully at the Blenheim Community Village on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 in her 102nd year. Born in Harwich Township, Eileen was the daughter of the late Watson and Margaret (Lenover) Johnston. Beloved wife of 59 years to the late Clarence Knights. Mother of John Knights (Sally) of Mull and Ann Morrison (Jack) of Chatham. Predeceased by her daughter Mary Sutherland (late Bill) and her son Bill ‘Stub’ Knights. Survived by her daughter-in-law Donna Knights. Proud grandmother of 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her sisters and brothers Vera Pickering Sinclair, Arthur Johnson, George Johnston, Gladys Cory and Lyle Johnston. Eileen was a lifelong member of the Ridge Community Church and had worked for many years at Giffin Grain. Grandson of Barbara (the late Walter) Gilbert and the late Augustine & Mary Jeanne Laprise. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Justin was an avid fisherman and enjoyed his 4X4 Trucks and his special canine friend Triton.
