Morgan PicPassed suddenly at work in Fort McMurray, Alberta due to an unexplained medical reason on Saturday November 29, 2014. Shawn Morgan of Kerwood, Ontario was in his 23rd year. Beloved son of Sharon (Fluney) Morgan and the late Richard Morgan (2010) of Kerwood and dear brother to Jamie Morgan. Shawn is survived by his grandparents Stewart and Ann Fluney of Owen Sound, his Uncles Jeff Fluney and family of Owen Sound, Lawrence Fluney and family of Pickering, and his Aunt Coleen Toal and family of Burlington. Survived by his Aunt Susan McLean and family. Predeceased by his grandparents Milo and Mary Morgan. Shawn loved to play hockey, be outdoors, work mechanically and celebrate life with his friends and family. He was a dear and caring friend to many and was always willing to lend his hand.  Shawn will be dearly missed by his extended family and many friends and their families. Remembered with love and always in the hearts of his wife Diana, sons Alan (Shelley) and Scott, and daughters Beth and Laura. He was so proud of his grandchildren Bradley (Kattie), Danielle, Dillon, Brent, Riley, Trevor and Carissa; their visits were highpoints in his week. Al is also survived by his sisters Evelyn (Irving) and Shirley, brothers Bob and Lee (Judy), and brothers-in-law Terry (Elaine), Al (Kathy) and Brian (Kathy).  At Al’s request cremation has taken place. Peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospice Sarnia with his family by his side, after a four year battle with lymphoma, Richard Darryl Wigboldus at the age of forty. Loving son of Paul Sr. and the late Mae Wigboldus. Brother of Brian (Yvonne), Paul Jr. (Jennifer) and Kristina. Special uncle of Hayley, Jill and Kevin. Richard will be missed by many extended family members and friends. The family would like to thank Dr. J. Mangal and the nurses of floor C7 at L.H.S.C. Emily was born in Caradoc Township on Sept 11 1934, to James Elvin and Lois Whiting.  Emily married her dearly devoted husband, Jack McLachlan on June 6 1953, and then moved to their farm where they made their life together for over 60 years.  She and Jack moved to Ailsa Craig ON in February. Emily is the dearly loved and loving mother of Shirley Knott (late Tom) of Calgary, Jim & Yvonne McLachlan of Lloydminster AB, Connie & Jason Sutherland of Ailsa Craig, and Ward & Michele McLachlan of London ON. Dearly loved and loving grandmother of Catherine & Daniel Leonard of Edmonton, Deborah Knott and Chris Elliott of Calgary, Virginia Knott and Braydon Bartko of Calgary, Taryn and Devin McLachlan of London, and Claire, Grace and Olivia Sutherland of Ailsa Craig.  She is survived by her brother Emerson Whiting and his wife Marg of Point Edward ON.  Loved and missed by Jack’s family, Marg & Leroy Walker, Duncan & Mary McLachlan, Libby McLachlan, Ken McLachlan, and many cousins, nieces and nephews on both sides of the family.  Predeceased by her sisters Margaret Thiel & Dorothy Speers. William “Wilson” – At Strathroy General Hospital, on Tuesday, July 1st, 2014, in his 96th year, Wilson McNab of Strathroy; beloved husband of Norma (Ayre) and loving father of Karen Cadman, Earl (Ruth) and Paul (Laurie).  Special grandfather to Dwayne (Pam), Krista (Chris) Corlett, Lindsay (Alex) Maurice, Bryan Cadman, Sarah, Julie (Andrew), Penny, Sheldon and Chad and great grandfather of Shayden and Harper McNab and Jakeob and Avery Corlett.  Predeceased by his parents Rupert and Ethel McNab; sister Ina Henderson (1999); and son-in-law Bryce Cadman (1987).  Friends may call at the DENNING BROS. FUNERAL HOME, Strathroy on Thursday, July 3rd, 2014 from 7 – 9 pm.  Funeral service to be held in the chapel on Friday at 10 am with visitation one hour prior.  Rev. Doug Miles officiating.  Interment Strathroy cemetery.

McGregor, Alex WEBPeacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Sunday, July 13, 2014, Alex McGregor passed away in his 99th year. Beloved husband of Aileen (Fuller) for 73 years. Loving father of Ken and Nancy, Hazel and John Madill, and Bruce and Kim. Proud grandpa of Rob and Marcia, Janyce and Michael, Ian and Laura, Rob and Christine, Matt and Adele, Hannah, and Nellie. Dear great grandpa to Mason, Violet, Norah, Nikolas, Sadie, Ella, and Alexander. Survived by sister-in-law Jean. Predeceased by his son Glen, brothers Will J and Allan. sister-in-law Ruth and brother-in-law Duncan. Visitation will be held at T. Stephenson & Son Funeral Home, Ailsa Craig on Wednesday from 7-8:30 p.m. Masonic Service under the auspices of Craig Lodge 574 at 6:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Beechwood with Rev. Pieter van Harten and Rev. Doug Miles officiating. Visitation 1 hour prior to service. Interment in Nairn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Beechwood would be appreciated by the family. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Alex.

Hurst, Ronald WEBPeacefully at LHSC University Campus, surrounded by his family on Monday, June 30, 2014, Ronald Fredrick Hurst of Newbury, passed away in his 74th year.  Beloved husband of Selena Hurst (Newby)(Long) for 23 years.  Loving step father of 9 step children, 13 step grandchildren, and 2 step great grandchildren.  Sadly missed by his special granddaughter Amanda (Pee Wee).  Dear brother of Ken Hurst (Ruth), Harold Hurst (Sharon) and Carolyn Cochrane (Louie).  Dearly missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, especially John and Isabel Collins.  Predeceased by his parents George Hurst (1959) and Rita Hurst (Cupskey) (1987), and his brother-in-law John Cochrane (2009).   Cremation has taken place.  Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Friday July 4, 2014 from 12- 2 p.m. where the Memorial Service will also be held at 2 p.m. with Rev. Ken Willis officiating.  Interment to follow in Strathroy Cemetery.  In memory of Ron, donations may be made to the Babcock Residence Council or the Newbury Hospital Foundation.

Resident of London, ON, on June 17, 2014, Donna Marie White (nee Allen) passed away after a short illness surrounded by her family at the age of 66. Predeceased by her parents Lawrence (1988) and Mary (1967), her husband George (1977) and her sister Dorothy. Survived by her daughters Tammy (John), Tracey (Mike), sons Lawrence (Rhonda), Robin (Amy), 26 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Survived by her brother John (Ruth), sisters Audrey (Ross), Nancy (Earl 2011), Debbie (Duane) and brother-in-law Larry. Missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at T. Stephenson & Son Funeral Home, Ailsa Craig on Sunday, June 22, 2014 at 2 p.m. with visitation one hour prior.
