Loving father of Monica Van Dellen (Jim Dixon) of Wallaceburg, Frank and Mary Jane Yankovich of Chatham. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Rebecca (Jeff), Leanne (Jeff), Jennifer, Carlos (Amanda), Dayna, Eric (Jenna), Derek, and Samantha and great-grandchildren Evan, Alex, Clara Joy, Jackson, Jordan,and Eleanor. Born in Howard Twp. son of the late Ira and Ethel (Balmer) Smith. Arlo was a veteran of WWII, a retiree from CPR and was Past President and a life member of Royal Canadian Legion Br.# 252 Bothwell.  Loving father of David Smith (Lynda) of Cottam, James Smith (Marie) of Bothwell and Phyllis Reid (Steve) of Kingston. Sadly missed by 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Bea Osborne, Ruth Gosnell and Donna Baverstock (Gord). Predeceased by a daughter Kathryn (1998) and three sisters. RAY MCNEILLMcNeill: Raymond of Forest, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Sarnia on Friday, August 22, 2014 at the age of 78.  Ray’s family is saddened by his passing, but happy for his peace and thankful for the many wonderful years and memories they shared. Dear husband of Norma (Jewett) McNeill. Loving dad to sons Gordon (Deanna), Jeffrey (Jodi); daughter Pamela; step dad  to Nathan, Rodney (Marion), Lorey and Jeffrey (Julie); Grandpa and Papa Ray to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survived by his sisters Ruth Drost and Ruby Klassen (Bill); brothers Bruce (Betty), Maurice (Kristi); also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parent Archibald and Dorothy (Marcus) McNeill, brothers Keith (Betty) and Lloyd (Betty). After a career in carpentry Ray enjoyed a ten year hobby in wood working, intarsia, fretwork, and scroll sawing. Respecting Ray’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. A Graveside service will be held at the Bothwell Cemetery on Monday, August 25, 2014 at 11 AM.
