Arnill, William David (retired, Seeley and Arnill Construction)

Passed away suddenly on Saturday October 13, 2012 at his home in his 69th year. David of Wasaga Beach, beloved husband of Sharon Arnill.  Loving father of Pauline and her husband Scott Haugen and Deanna and her husband Mike Mutzel and the late Kelley Arnill.  Dear grandfather of Braylon and Sloane Haugen and Inez Mutzel.  Dear son of Mrs. Delmar MacKinnon and the late William Arnill.  Brother of Paul Arnill and his wife Lynne and of sister Julie Coe. Predeceased by grandparents Ed and Lula Seeley.  David will be missed by his nieces, nephews and his many friends and business associates.  David had a distinguished career as a road building contractor and aggregate producer.  He was the founder of the Manitoulin Dolomite quarry and a past president of the Ontario Aggregate Association (now OSSGA).  His efforts and enthusiasm were contributed to his community through service club membership and contributions to many causes including recreation and our local hospitals.  He will be missed.  Friends will be received at the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church,  3521 County Road 124, Nottawa from 1 p.m. on Monday October 22, 2012 for the Memorial Service at 2 o’clock.  Reception to follow.  If desired, remembrances to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by David’s family.  Arrangements under the direction of the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Wasaga Beach Chapel.  For further information and to sign the Book of Memories, log on to
